The smokefree legislation requires that all enclosed public places and workplaces be smokefree. Businesses must consider what measures to put into place for their premises and their employees to meet this legal duties.

Lawsuit over GFalls casinos' smoking shelters

The Cascade County health department and the owners of several casinos in Great Falls are in a battle over a workaround the casino owners believe allows their customers to gamble while smoking. Brothers Doug and K.C.
